ReplyDeleteIt's really hard in the current economy for small business or businesses of any kind to stay afloat. I think the next few years will change the landscape of the marketplace. However the one thing I do know is that creativity is a hot commodity, just learn how to apply it in a way that makes you marketable or as marketable as you want to be.
ReplyDeleteWell things are a changing!! We are currently looking at smaller retail spaces for a downsize. We are trying to cut all our overhead dramatically. We have found that although we love our downtown spot it may be better to let someone else use it for a while. Lots of things will change but our main objective is to stay in business. The customers that are aware of us currently are always appreciative to have us as a local resource and that is not something we take lightly. We love Pittsburg, KS and will be happy to provide art supplies as long as the culture rich town will have us.
